Coming from a background where professional counseling wasn't accessible, Jaishika spent months navigating the system alone — lost hours, wrong decisions, and wasted potential. She knew she wasn't the only one. Millions of students across India face the same struggle every single year.

So while still in college, she did something extraordinary — she started GRADEX Learning. Not after graduation, not after years of corporate experience — but right from her college campus, driven by one purpose: to make sure no student ever has to face what she faced.

Her vision was so impactful that the Government of India recognized and funded GRADEX as a promising startup — validating that quality education guidance should be a right, not a privilege.
